Pablo - Not So Perfect Molten Cheese

Pablo is a well-known bakery, who has been revolutionizing traditional cheesecake with their signature molten texture.
Originated from Osaka, they have an expanded list of branches over Japan, with each selling an exclusive item to cleverly keep themselves top in market. For instance, Uji matcha flavor is only available in Osaka whereas sweet purple potato (Beniimo Cheese Tart) in Okinawa. During special season like Autumn, chestnut version is released.
When dining in, the choice is differently made because rare and medium doneness of cheesecakes can be decided when take away.
Unfortunately, the cheese tart does not reach the half baked texture that is rather disappointing.
The crust is fine like a pastry, and come along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The mini yuzu honey on the side is appreciated.
Only at Dotombori branch, cheese soft serve is served and it is possibly the best cheese ice cream I have ever come across!
It is slightly salty, cream-cheese like and sweet. The creamy texture has perfectly contrasted with the waffle cone. The soft cheese ice cream is definitely a favourite from Pablo.
