Tycoon Tann 大官廳 - Pearl of Dragon

Tycoon Tann is a new Chinese eatery at Wellington Street. With a three floor setting, including Mod bar on the ground floor and two upper levels, it is a private, spacious and modern dining area with decorations of different Chinese dynasties artworks. They focus on Cantonese cuisine with a slight Western twist; dim sum, cold bites, hot dishes and a range of innovative drinks.
Started off with two Tycoon Tann platters. The appetizer plate includes wasabi jelly fish, chilled abalone, cucumber salad and pork belly rolls with significantly strong garlic taste. 
In comparison, I would prefer the dim sum platter, with a plumpy shrimp dumplings, delicate scallop shao mai, an abalone tart and indulgently cheesy and crispy crabmeat spring roll.
The must order charcoal grilled char siu is perfectly smoky, tender and moist, made using Hungarian Mangalica hogs with honey sweet glaze. It is specially served over hot flame to keep its temperature.
Also, the baked crab shell is brilliantly made with a generous amount of fresh crab meat in addition to its unbeatable cheese topping.
A feast for the eyes is probably this enormous sesame ball. Fried to crisp, golden brown, and prepared actually hollow to satisfy both the camera and our sweet appetites.
