Sohofama 料理農務 - Urban Cooking

When the world is getting emphasis on healthy food living, Sohofama (G.O.D X Locofama) brings a crossover of modern Chinese cuisines with urban farming at PMQ. They ideally discard all MSG, chicken powder, any artificial seasonings, instead uses organic ingredients and natural herbs to create chemical free Shanghainese comfort food.
Some favorites are the drunken organic egg made subtle and fine to the perfect balance; my all-time-favourite slider bun fluffily stuffed with braised short ribs that simply just melt in my mouth.
Iconic dishes are the delicately shaped xiao long bao, made with juicy organic pork fillings and ultra-thin wrappers; whereas the traditional egg white stir fry with conpoy, button mushrooms and shrimps is modestly topped with a whole flower crab. I am pretty impressed with their concepts and food.
