Meen & Rice 粥粉麵飯 - Congee or Noodle?

Congee, noodle and rice, Meen & Rice is probably the only restaurant at the Pulse where serves back to basic Chinese comfort foods. The al freso setting seems to be effortlessly made, but the dining space does contain an inspiration from traditional to modern pottery.
I especially love the shrimp toast which has been deep fried to golden brown, crispy edges and best to dip in mayonnaise.
A piping hot congee with meatballs is served in an authentic claypot and with separate chopped spring onion, smooth, creamy and so comforting.
While the roasted goose is found to be at great quality, fatty, meaty and tender, the pork belly also presents crispy skin and amazing flavor. This would be a great place to visit at Repulse Bay.
