DALLOYAU - Opera Sensation

To continue exploring more French cafes in Hong Kong, Le Cafe Dalloyau is an equally popular one as Angelina Paris. The chocolate finger-like cake is named by the Head Chef’s grandmother as Opera. The thousand layers of gorgeously rich chocolate ganache, a sense of luscious almond flavor within thin-cut coffee sponge cake, this intense coffee aroma is undoubtedly their signature gateau.
A combination of choux and puff pastries, ornamented with silky Chantilly cream has become another favorite here. You can visually see real vanilla pods being added in the smooth cream presenting a wonderful light essence.
In case of not getting enough layering and pastry delight, the mille feuille is also a magnificent choice. Again, the puff pastries have been caramelized slightly, with crispy edges and stacked together with a yellowish whilst sweet pastry cream. 
Eventually, Dalloyau cafe is probably the best spot for some luscious French patisseries.
