Paul Lafayet - Dessert

The French patisserie, Paul Lafayet, is one of those promising brands in Hong Kong which sell French macarons. Their real deal to French macarons is so recognizable and so as their signature Creme Brulee.
With the App named The Entertainer 2014, which includes over 1000 of hottest offers in town, I have recently redeemed my Lab Made ice creams as well as this creme brulee.
It is so unfortunate that this custard pudding is a take away, the bruleed topping is no longer crunchy but the sugar caramelization is still toasty. The custard is silky and creamy  in a sense that the egg flavor has never been overpowering my palate.
I love their tiramisu! The mascarpone cheese to cream ratio is made at the right portion so as the Kahlua and coffee, soaking underneath the lady fingers. Both desserts have been nailed well!
