Yun Yan 雲陽 - Dinner

Yun Yan is under the Mira Dining Group. It has been recommended throughout the past few years and currently by Michelin Guide 2015. They offer authentic Sichuan cuisines which combines hot, chili, spicy and sour too. Dining at this comforting ambiance with all these Sichuan cooking surely evoke a spicy hot and fragrant day. 
I really enjoy the complimentary spiced popcorn that is served at every table. For a seasonal special, the deep fried souffle-like balls stuffed with hairy crab roe are a remarkable one, especially when they give you dark vinegar in plastic pipettes. Both the sesame cake and sizzling dumplings are piping hot and crispy. And of course, the signature dish of soybean crumbs with fish slices are not disappointing with hint of hot chili in it.
