Yee Tung Heen 怡東軒 - Dinner

It was a quality night well spent with mommy. Thanks mom for treating me such a memorable, spectacular cantonese fine dining experience at The Excelsior Yee Tung Heen.  The service is unexpectedly delightful.
Tonight, we ordered the Yunnan Mushroom Menu, without pairing any wine. Their Chef's signature dishes are excellent, which include braised beef ribs, crab shells baked in cheese and the almond rolls.

Chili sauce, Yee Tung Heen homemade XO sauce and black vinegar
Roasted peanuts and marinated radish

Shredded Yunnan bean curd with Caterpillar fungus

Steamed twin golden fish dumplings
(Ha Gow, shrimp dumpling and black truffle veggie dumpling)

Sauteed abalone with termite mushroom and spring onion

Baked crab shell stuffed with crab meat, pomelo, princess matsutake and cheese

Braised beef ribs with onion and sesame in cinnamon beef juice

Simmered papaya with bamboo piths in chicken broth

Pan fried fresh mushroom bun

Deep fried shrimp dumplings served with supreme soup

Verbena almond roll, Black & white sesame roll and Chilled ginger milk custard
