Opera House Italian Restaurant & Bistrot - {Restaurant Week} Dinner

Tonight is my first dining experience with a Hong Kong food blogger in this restaurant week (from 1st Aug until 10th Aug). We have enjoyed some authentic Italian food at the Opera House. Although the waitress politely serves us extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar for the bread basket, the breads are dry and kind of lost their moisture. Nevertheless, everything else are excelled pretty well especially the mushroom risotto which is the best I have eaten so far in Hong Kong.

Tuna fish tartare served with spicy honey melon sauce and mint jelly

Foie gras combination of pan-fried with blueberry & porto wine terrine

Homemade cavatelli with baby langoustine in spicy tomato brandy sauce & lime

Porcini mushroom risotto with black summer truffle

Grilled Opera House seafood skewer with sea bass, salmon, calamari & grilled vegetables in lemon olive oil

Black Angus beef tenderloin & pan fried foie gras with mashed potato and blackberry sauce
