Beijing Kitchen 滿堂彩 - Lunch

I have been looking forward to this Peking duck meal at Grand Hyatt Macau @ COD - City of Dream. It is known to be prepared in a traditional way roasted in wood fire oven. The duck is served in three styles with meat, skin and meat with skin on. Also, the pan seared dumplings are juicy and the yam cake paired with blueberry sauce from the appetizer platter is succulent. 
Unfortunately, we don't have the chance to give the dessert platter a try but for sure they have amazing desserts from the a la carte menu. Please don't miss them!
