Modern China Restaurant 金滿庭京川滬菜館 - Lunch

Shanghainese is one of our family favourite cuisines, and often Modern China is the restaurant that we all prefer to go for a big family gathering. This afternoon, our Lau's family gathered up at Time Square Branch where a decent VIP room is provided, for these incredible Shanghai dim sums.

Shredded chicken & vermicelli in sesame paste

Salted cured ham

Braised gluten

Smoked fish

Vegetarian goose (veggies wrapped in beancurd)

Steamed pork dumplings (Xiao Long Bao)

Pan seared pork buns

Pork dumplings in spicy chili oil

Baked bean curd

Baked sesame pastry

Minced pork and pickled vegetable (served with baked sesame pastry)

Half portion tea smoked duck with mini buns

Noodle in broth with green veggies

Deep fried souffle ball filled with mashed red bean and banana

Wolfberry and aloe vera in osmanthus jelly
