Blue Bar - Lunch Buffet

I have been craving for a visit to Blue Bar at Four Season Hotel Hong Kong. And finally I come here this Easter with my beloved family. Indeed, they have the best desserts (esp. Croissant Pudding and Mango Panna Cotta) in the world! They don't offer sashimi and much of the cold cuts or seafoods, however, the appetizer table isn't lacking any colour and still full of yummies!
The service is so, or somehow, too efficient in cleaning up used plates and I feel kind of disturbed. Anyway, this meal is an unforgettable and lovely one.

Salad bar includes:
Nicoise salad with seared tuna
Trio tomato and mozzarella salad
Caesar salad with self-serve croutons, crispy bacon and parmesan cheese


Egg-mayo avocado ciabatta sandwiches

Sushi includes choices of Tamagoyaki (sweet egg), scallop and shrimp

Cheese board with: Brie, Emmental, blue cheese and sharp cheddar with figs

Crab meat salad with avocado

Cured fish appetizer

Hot dishes selection: 
lamb osso buco
lamb curry sided with mango chutney, mint yogurt
Xiao Mai
Thai salads

Soup of the day: Carrot soup (a dash of black pepper)

Caramel croissant pudding
Apricot tart at the back

French apple pie/tart

Hot cross buns
Blueberry muffins
Honey glazed nuts
Strawberry jam donuts

Cocktail desserts:
Vanilla custard (it's actually creme brulee with mixed berries)
Mango panna cotta
Tiramisu
