Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐 - Dinner

If you ask what cuisine do we most frequently have, I would say Shanghainese. We just love xiao long bao and fried buns too much. But what if Taiwanese xiao long bao is even better. Really?
After a visit to Din Tai Fung at Hong Kong today, I could tell that their xiao long bao is the best I've ever eaten. The wrapper is so thin yet it doesn't leak any of its juices. It is also interesting to know that their baos are steamed above a cloth in a bamboo steamer.
